ORDERS

💬How long will it take to receive my order?

Our items are made-to-order, which means they’re printed and shipped after you place your order. Production typically takes 2–7 business days, and shipping times vary depending on your location:

  • USA: 3–5 business days to shop
  • International: 10–20 business days to ship

⏳ Can I change or cancel my order?

Only if you’re quick! Changes or cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order. Contact us ASAP if you need help. After that, production begins, and we can’t make changes.

SHIPPING

🌍 Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship worldwide. However, please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

 

📦What if my order gets lost?

If your order doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, let us know! We’ll work with you to figure out the next steps, whether that’s locating the package or sending a replacement.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

🤔Do you accept returns?

Because our products are custom-made, we unfortunately can’t accept returns or exchanges unless there’s an issue with the order.

😢What if my item is damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not quite what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Include photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
